夾層鍋 Jacket pot
夾層鍋（不銹鋼夾層鍋）又名蒸汽夾層鍋，廣泛用于乳品、糖果、制藥、酒類、糕點(diǎn)、飲料、蜜線、罐頭等食品加工，主要用于熔糖、化膠、蒸煮等。
Stainless steel jacketed tank is also called steam jacketed tank，which is widely used in productions of dairy foods，sugar，pharmacy，drinking and tin food etc，normally used to melting the sugar，chocolate，paste，mucus and some times used for cooking.
